1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a reservation, paying for a parking spot, or accessing any service on Parkoto.com ("Platform", "we", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Check-In & Check-Out Schedule
To ensure a seamless transition between arriving and departing vehicles, the following standard schedule applies strictly to all reservations:
- Standard Check-In Time: 1:00 PM (13:00) on your confirmed arrival date.
- Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM (12:00) on your confirmed departure date.
Guests must park strictly in their assigned tower, level, and slot number. Parking in an unauthorized or unassigned slot may result in building administration clamping or towing at the owner's expense.
3. Payment & Reservation Confirmation
Upon submitting a reservation request, your requested parking slot is temporarily reserved. To confirm the reservation:
- Guests must complete payment via our designated digital payment methods (GCash, Maya, BPI Online, or Bank Transfer) and upload a valid transaction receipt before the payment timer expires.
- Once payment proof is verified, entry pre-authorization is generated and issued to building security and your email address.
4. Overstay Policy & Late Fees

Any vehicle that remains parked past the designated check-out time (12:00 PM) without an approved reservation extension will incur an overstay charge of ₱50 per hour until vacated. Extended overstaying without communication may subject the vehicle to building management towing regulations.
5. Building Regulations & Independent Disclaimer
Parkoto.com operates as an independent parking coordination and reservation service. We are not directly affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by property condominium developers or ACQUA Private Residences Property Management Office (PMO). Guests must follow all building condominium safety rules, speed limits (maximum 10 km/h in parking basements), and courteous conduct.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
Reservation dates or slot changes may be requested prior to check-in subject to slot availability. In the event of unforeseen cancellation by the platform or slot maintenance conflicts, full credit vouchers or refunds will be issued promptly.
